When using github oauth, each jenkins API call is consuming a unit of github rate limit.

Hi,

We have github oauth set-up but whenever we use a token (either native or
github personal access), one is subtracted from the count of github API
requests we make an hour. We are using a dashing-js dashboard to monitor
unreleased code, but this burns through our 5000 calls per hour limit in a
few minutes. We have 60 repos that need checking. I thought creating a
native token would help, but it seems it doesn't.

Are we doing something wrong? has anybody else had this problem?
